Perfect blend for Martial artists.
Just like I remember. Works superbly, definitely getting more. I'm a martial art instructor, and I bruised my tendons in my arm. This has made the difference in healing and pain.

Not great
Watered down version of what I used to get in China town across the Canadian border (Shaolin Chi), doesn't work as well.

Great Stuff
This is a great product, all natural, was recommended by a friend for sore muscles and bruising. It really does work and for minor arthritis pain. Been using it for knee pain and bruising. No overpowering fragrance, almost smells like maple syrup. Soaks in quickly.

The most authentic "Jow" you can buy outside of "Chinatown"!
Very thick and very potent! Just like if you purchased Dit Da Jow from a Kung Fu Herbalist! And it works great for chronic pain too!

Good for non-martial arts related sprains
There are countless jows on the market. This was a good quality product and helped heal non martial arts sprain. Further Jow research suggested for martial arts connected sprains and injuries
