Order placed : 19 June Product received : 21 June Product insulated : 22 June Product installation was seamless - there was minor cost associated with the consumable of pressure relief valve. The technician was courteous and knowledgable and gave demo. TDS meter was listed in the box but not the Amazon product page. I am confused where the TDS meter is now. I recall purchasing another unit in the robots month and received a TDS meter along with it. Will post reviews in 1-3-6 month intervals.

Purite water purifier and Yash Enterprises installation was good.

I purchased the HUL Pureit RO Copper Water Purifier in June 2024, expecting a premium product backed by the credibility of HUL. Less than a year later, it has turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had with any brand — premium or otherwise. ⚠️ Product Performance? Disappointing. The purifier now takes over 2 hours to fill the tank — despite HUL’s claims of 20 minutes. Additionally, the motor has started making loud, abnormal noises, clearly pointing to internal issues. 👨‍🔧 Service Quality? Appalling. I registered a complaint. A so-called technician arrived who was clearly untrained and clueless. He kept WhatsApping someone else for instructions, forwarding images and videos of the unit like he was a delivery boy moonlighting as a technician. His lack of expertise was obvious in the way he even handled the device — absolutely unprofessional. Later, he returned with the actual person he was chatting with. After inspecting the unit, they concluded that a core component of the RO system was faulty and needed to be replaced. Here’s the kicker: they told me I’d have to pay for the part, despite the product being well within the 1-year warranty. 📞 Mixed Messages from HUL I called HUL’s helpline. One representative assured me that the issue should be covered under warranty and promised to escalate. Days passed — no calls, no updates, no ticket reference. Nothing. I followed up again. This time, another executive claimed that only the service visit is covered under warranty — everything else is chargeable. Which makes no sense, because that basically means the “warranty” covers absolutely nothing. To make matters worse, neither HUL’s website nor the Amazon product listing clearly defines what is or isn’t covered under warranty. There’s no transparency, no accountability. I escalated again, was promised a quick resolution, and yet again — radio silence. 🧾 For Perspective… My parents have been using a Kent water purifier for 7+ years with zero issues beyond the occasional filter replacement. Meanwhile, HUL’s overpriced purifier is already failing before the 1-year mark — and they’re trying to pass the cost of a manufacturing defect onto the customer. 🚫 Final Verdict: Do Not Buy. HUL either: Doesn’t care about the water purifier business, or Has no idea how to run post-sales service for it. Either way, buying a product from a brand like HUL should come with an expectation of support, quality, and responsibility. Instead, I’ve had to chase down answers, face contradictory statements, and wait weeks — with zero resolution. My complaint was filed on April 1st, 2025. It’s now mid-April, and I’m still waiting. If you’re considering this product, save yourself the frustration. Look elsewhere. This brand is not worth your money — or your time.

Very nice product and fantastic

Right.Its been almost year and a half. So i can give a comprehensive view. Pros 1) Water is good quality, i checked the TDS, it is well under 100 2) Initially the taste seemed a little odd for the copper based water filter but later on we got habitual for it. Cons 1) Major major cons is the maintenance of the filter. Its just 1 and a half years and i have spent close to 9 thousand for its maintenance. light started blinking in 1st year and i had to change the filter, 3 k gone, Just now light started blinking again and all 5 filters needed to be changed. 6k gone. Conclusion: Although the water quality is good and filter is overall good without any issues but the maintenance cost is just too high. I am thinking of changing it next year, just not feasible financially.

Quick and prompt response by the installation technician, was easy to get it fixed and explained the system process well to understand and follow the instructions. This is very helpful, thank you

Nice product and service

The product itself is all things good. It looks nice. It works well. The water tastes good. The service personnel were efficient, polite and did their job well. But there was a small hitch about the manual dispenser. Apparently this tap has to be paid for separately but that wasn't mentioned anywhere to the best of my belief. Moreover the technician wasn't carrying it when he came for the installation and I had to arrange for another visit and this second visit was chargeable. So I ended up paying 1300 bucks (950 for the tap and 350 for the visit) for a tap which I thought was included in the first place.
