Good 2 Heat Plus Microwave Egg Poacher, Red

Easy to use and clean. Straightforward instructions given and takes very little time. I put the microwave on in short times,like 20 seconds at a time. Need to check the progress during cooking times. Good value.

I was fed up of exploding egg mess in my microwave so thought I’d try this.1. Follow the instructions! Prick the yolk with a needle. It really helps!2. To prevent the top from flying off when the egg explodes I used a rubber band to secure it tightly. Works a treat!3. Experiment with time. I found at 800w 50secs for a large egg was ideal.Lovely eggs without the mess in less than a minute.

I use this regularly. It’s a bit tricky to get yolk cooked as I like it as 2 seconds make such a difference. However, it’s great as no saucepan to clean up afterwards. Knocked 2 stars off as the lid stopped fastening on after one use. I now just have to just lay it on top, but mange to still use it ok. Manufactures need to come up with a new design.

Great wee item

This little egg poacher is brilliant. Here’s what I do. 1 large egg (from the fridge) 2 teaspoons water. Egg pricked several times in yolk and white. 1 minute on full power (900w microwave) cooked perfectly for my hubby! Breakfast sorted!

Useless, lid doesn't stay on. Rubbish

I have used this product for a long time now. I am waiting for a different one to arrive before I get rid of this. The base where you put the eggs is perfect. However, the lid is very poor quality. I have burned myself numerous times trying to pick this out of the microwave and pour the excess water into the sink. I would not recommend this product.

This one works really well….lots of others don’t.
