Bought the item as a gift for our youngest son. He loves it. He is a big and tall guy and is able to fit 4 days of clothing in this bag along with an extra pair of shoes and toiletries. He likes it that the bag helps him to organize his travel items, and that there is fold over capability for managing longer items -- expensive suits. He commented to me that his suits arrive almost wrinkle free, that he doesn't need to touch-up press them at his destination point. He hasn't owned Tumi before so he waxes on and on about the quality of the case, and how easy it is to manage and roll around. I'll remind him that he does need to register the item so that Tumi will always know where it is. He did comment he wished the bag was a bit bigger but he also said it's so very handy that it is carry-on sized. In the end, he said since he FOR SURE has to have his suits arrive at his destination that having a carry-on garment bag was preferable to a bigger bag that he would need to check.

Sturdy looking bay as usualVery poor design ( flaw) to start the zippers on each wing through the bend over transition is unacceptably cumbersome and difficult.I would return bag but don’t want the hassle , so I’ll give it away and let someone else enjoy the poor design ( for free)

Quality product, expensive, get what you paid for.

The garment luggage is worth the value. Sturdy but made with quality to last a lifetime. It actually holds six (6) suits. I also like that is rolls on four (4) wheels and it complies with all airlines carry-on criteria.

Does not roll straight. Constant fight to get the bag to roll with you as it is always trying to turn. Hard to zip on the ends. Would return if I could.

Garmet bag well engineered. Perfect cary-on to keep clothes neatly pressed.

Does not roll well or straight, heavy, and almost impossible to get the wing ends clipped in. I wish I could return this.

The bag performs as expected; Sturdy, well made. However, it helps to be mindful that to close it you have to zip it. Any changes to the contents requires you to unzip, open, then unzip the interior linings. Not a quick process. No external pockets to the inside. That being said, everything is well protected when it is closed.
