In adulthood I've developed ridiculously sensitive skin, I can't use foundation any more and most products bring me out in a rash. Used this brand shampoo in the past and was happy with it as it didn't cause any reaction at all so I took a chance on the face wash. It's really good, it takes off my makeup (mascara and eyeliner) really well, smells clean and lasts well too. Just wish it was cheaper as it's really very expensive but it's a must-have for me now

I have oily skin and I’m prone to blackheads and spots. I have spent a lot in trying to find the right face wash - from cheap to more expensive products, even medicated stuff from the dermatologist, but to no avail. After trying their fantastic conditioner, I got this face wash and it’s made a hell of a difference, my skin is regulating itself, and my blackheads/ pimples are few and far between. I really like the lavender scent which isn’t overwhelming, and also the fact that they use soap nuts so avoiding harsh chemicals on my quite sensitive skin. All in all a great product from a fantastic brand. Will be buying more when I run out!

I had great hopes for this product.I have rosacea that is mostly red face issues. It's usually triggered by something, and I have little bumps under the skin in areas of my face.I'm 63, this started in my early forties. I could probably have bought a house with the money I've spent on cleansers & moisturizers since it started.So, out the box it comes. I can't wait to wash my face...but...oh...dammit. FFS!!As soon as I rinsed it off my face was bright red, stinging and felt tight & dry. Eh? How can this be when it's PH balanced. Er, yeah, well, nobody told my stupid red face that. Look at it, smugly glowing at me in the mirror. Grrrhhh, you face, you're in for it.I tried for 3 days but had the same result. This morning I went back to Green People cleanser for sensitive skin and Paula's Calm moisturizer. My skin immediately calmed TF down.I'm sure it's no reflection on the product, as reviews indicate great results for others. Sadly, not for me.

This face wash is so gentle and soothing but doe it all. Removes makeup and cleanses all in one. It doesn't leave skin dry after and I love that it comes in a scent free option. Will be repurchaseing!

This product has a great foam out of the dispenser and feels very soft and full on the skin as work it in. A little goes a long way, I use one to two pumps for my whole face, neck and around my ears. I like to massage it in for a minute all over especially by my oily nose and then I let it sit on my skin for another five minutes while continuing my shower or nightly routine. This product is great for letting sit since isn't super harsh and doesn't easily dry out the skin. I love the minty cool feeling, it isn't overwhelming, sometimes you don't really feel it, but I live for it along with the minty scent. It's just a really fresh feeling and smell. I've been using this for a few months now and really like how it cleanses and doesn't strip away all my skins needed oils. That being said it does clean well, and if my skin is ever feeling really cruddy I use a soft wash cloth to rub on the face wash. I've also used a few face washes I had lying around just to use them up and it's crazy the difference between how harsh they are compared to this one. The few times I used anything else my face was dry, kinda raw feeling, and got oilier quicker as the day went on. These are products I had been using before this one, and I just didn't realize the damage they were doing before since I was so used to them. My skin is definitely looking nicer, and thanking me for switching. This company is great and really glad I found it, one of my favorites.
