I noticed a huge difference! This has all the right microbiota for me. It’s good to know what you’re low on. I always need l.sakei it’s unusual to find l.sakei in a HSO probiótic. If you’re suffering from any gallbladder or liver issues just be aware it may accelerate the bodies expelling of toxins. I increased to 4 a day and entered a brief healing crisis that I am managing. I read Jordan Rubins book and was a super fan of his HSO but this is even better with Dr Axe.

I liked the probiotics. They were making me itch. I stopped using them. However over all I felt an improvement with my health. I was disappointed that they were causing me to itch.

I had a sinus infection when my Zinc arrived. I started feeling a little better the day after I took it for the first time. I’m 5 days in and it’s almost completely gone! I had it for 7 days prior to taking the Zinc. I had such a bad headache every day. No more headache. I couldn’t be happier!. And by the way I’m only taking one capsule a day. The dose is 2 caps a day. I’ve had stomach issues with Zinc in the past. None whatsoever with this capsule. Two thumbs up!
