Not 24”
Not 24” shy of 24” even with the shank. Will drill about 16-17” if you actually need a bit to do 24” then you need to add 6” to the depth you need.

Drilled one hole and the end is already melted off save your money go with a Bosch or a Makita
Drilled one hole through a brick that was connected to a concrete block could not get drill bit to go all the way through change to a Bosch bit Bosch bit went right through all layers check the tip of this bit after approximately halfway through a red brick the tip was melted off and I know it wasn't too much RPM because it was from a battery operated hammer drill
