Great stocking stuffers! Wonderful variety of aromatherapeutic scents for energizing or relaxing. I like to give these to my friends and coworkers during the holiday season. Handy to keep in your pocket or purse at work or on the go for whenever an uplifting or comforting breath to get through the day is needed. Inexpensive and long lasting. Authentic essential oils that are subtle and very effective, not artificially perfumy. I keep more than one on hand all the time!

I love these ! They smell absolutely amazing and they are not too potent. They’re just right for what you need them for. I have zero clue why people are talking about burning sensation … if you’re shoving these up your nose… you have a problem … these aren’t meant to go UP your nose … you literally put them NEAR your nostril and then inhale … you’re not supposed to snort it … it even says directly on the package “do not insert in nose” haha! I love these and they have worked perfectly ! You also have to remember to be in the mindset for them to work. It’s not medicine. It’s holistic healing … you have to want it to work … and also if it does burn without putting it up your nose you could have an allergy to the oils. No need to negatively review a company because you use it improperly or have an allergic reaction. Consult your doctor.

Very strong smell but does the job!does exactly what they are supposed to.

I received the breathe one in a therabox and loved it. You don’t stick it up your nose. I immediately loved it and looking for ways to quit smoking I think it will help. It looks like a nasal inhaler but it tells you not to stick it up your nose.

Prefer the single scents which are great, these blends are not great. Quality is good, they last a long time, it’s just the blends aren’t nice to me personally.

So, I got these things thanks to my friend being addicted to boom sticks but I was looking for something more. I found them in this set! There's a scent for every mood. They are strong but not overpowering, they seem to work well, and helped me sleep. They also helped me ground myself during distress. As a neurospicy person I approve. That said, you hold it a little from your nose and i hale the aroma, and then enjoy the feelings it invokes! 10/10 will buy again.

I thought I’d try these due to work stress. Dealing with difficult colleagues, the day to day BS, and demanding deadlines stacking up. I was not disappointed. The box is beautiful, rigid and easy to open, in short the perfect storage for the set. The instruction book is helpful, and the inhalers just the tonic I need, whether is easing brain fog, getting energized or winding down. Especially good in this era where we go from home to car to office and then the same in reverse without the chance to stroll through meadows of wild flowers and herbs.

Awful. Super weak compared too boom boom sticks and product comes in a box an are not individually wrapped. The inside of the box smelled ridiculous. All of the oil smells seeping in with eachother. Every inhaler smells the same and is super super weak. Such a waste of money. DO NOT BUY.
