I love this pouf. It’s beautiful to look at and nice to sit on, use as a foot rest or just look at. I stuffed mines with old towels and blankets making sure to tuck it all around to get the shape. It’s bigger than I anticipated when fully stuffed, but that makes it hold its structure too. I really love the color and the design. The stitching is solid and the leather is strong, yet supple. There was no strange odor.

I've been wanting one of these for a little while now and finally got one. Love the Moroccan aesthetic. I stuffed it with an old quilt and sheets that I was just going to throw away at some point. Worked fine. One thing though...the smell is really awful (thus the 4 stars instead of 5). I usually LOVE the smell of leather. In fact, I have a leather-based perfume by Diptique which is my is my favorite scent that I own. I have lots of leather jackets, etc. However, I think this may be goat skin leather, which I'm not used to at all. Perhaps it's normal...but it's reeeeeaaally strong and is actually making me nauseous. It's currently sitting about 10 feet away from me and I can still smell it. I'm hoping it will go dissipate with a little time. We'll see. Something to seriously consider before buying.

This ottoman is a great value. It is real leather and does smell like real leather typically does when you first open it up. The smell quickly dissipates after a few days. The stitching details on the ottoman are really nice and it is very sturdy. I stuffed mine with clean old blankets, tee shirts and old throw pillows. It’s nice to do this yourself so you can control the firmness of the ottoman. The color of the leather is a beautiful caramel brown. I’ve had mine 2 weeks and I can tell it is going to wear well. Highly recommend! It’s a terrific bargain for the price!

I love this ottoman! It’s well made, beautiful, very affordable, and I do think it is leather! It looks like leather, feels like leather, and the cleaning instructions are for leather. Hence, leather. I stuffed it with old towels, and old clothes I had overused or were outdated. 👍🏻❤️

The leather was even softer and prettier than I had hoped . Also love the variegated colors. I am very pleased with this purchase

This product is actually super cute and would make a great addition to any room. The quality is fantastic. The tan color is definitely a bit more orangey but that’s the vibe I needed. I used poly fil to stuff it but I needed over 10 lbs of polyfil and it is still not very firm. So I’m not too sure how other reviewers were able to get away with 3 lbs. The only reason I gave it 3 stars was because the smell of the goat leather was honestly awful. I kept the pouf outside for a week and the smell has definitely decreased but is still there and a little bothersome. Overall, if you can get past the smell I highly recommend!

I’ve bought a few of these at this point and just stuff them with old rags and towels. Highly recommended!
