I'm in love with these colors. Very vibrant and appealing but lil on the upper edge when it comes to price. Still it's worth trying this japanese brand. They were not crack, color cakes were just fine nd soluble.Pro: color cakes are quite big. So they would last long upto an year or more than that... Depends on one useage.

I posted the first review where I got 3 pans of broken color, but what was good about the seller was that they could not replace it with a new box, so they did partially refund my money...and what was good was that they followed up on their mistake.......and they were honest enough to admit that this was from a stock that was a bit older.....I think I appreciated the honesty of the seller, and we resolved it with ease....im still going to use the product as ive used other products of Kuretake and I just love the quality .

The product itself is goodBut the pallete box the colours are encased in was cracked on the side and seemed old. The colours were dried up as I mentioned that the product must be years old. But this wouldn't affect the quality of the watercolours. So it's OK. Seller, improve your class and sell brand new products.

Je connaissais pas ce genre d’aquarelle qui est un mélange d’aquarelle et de gouache selon la quantité d’eau qu’on utilise.Tres agréable à travailler.

My paints arrived on time and in perfect condition. I did not have any cracked or broken paint pans, The paint feels like butter melting when you wet it and it doesn't take much effort to get a lot of color on your brush. When thickly applied there is definitely a bit of sheen. The colors are vibrant which suits me. The metallics are not as creamy as the other colors in the set. I have a set of German metallics and they are shinier and sparklier than these ones. All in all, I must say I really like this set. The box is large for water-colours and the pans are big and not filled to the brim, but I like that. It prevents the colors from spreading from one pan to the next I would say look around before you buy to get the best price, I only paid $56 dollars for mine, but have seen them priced much higher.
