I bought this item to cover a new white table I had purchased for my kitchen. It arrived quickly, which was great. It is not an exact fit, but I’ve gotten used to it. It runs large. Some might want to cut the excess, but I chose to leave it alone. It is thick, which I like with four children ages 9 to 16, so they can’t accidentally leave marks and indentations on the table beneath. It takes a little time for it to flatten out, but it did in a week or so. I did not find the dryer helped or even putting heavier objects on it to flatten it. It just eventually flattened on its own. The thing I don’t like the most are the black marks that appear everywhere. They resemble fingerprints, but some are longer, and are definitely not fingerprints. The marks seem to be created by moisture or air that is under the mat and when I lift the plastic they disappear. It’s fine for now, but I would remove this topper if I had special company coming, or I would put a tablecloth over it. The spots may not show up if the table is darker, but I can’t say for sure. At the least, they would likely not be as visible as they are on my white table.

Arrived on time, but with a tiny damage and a few scratches, probably from handling. It was thick enough, the size is as said as the description, and was just right for our table to protect the new table cloth. It was a bit of a pain to open or spread it out, but the kids had fun helping. Once it was spread out on top of the fitted table cloth, you wouldn’t even notice the scratches. We got it so it’s easy to wipe spills or anything that may stain our table cloth, so far on it’s first day, it does the job. I thought of giving it 4 stars, because of the scratches, others may care about that but I don’t really mind it, and also at how difficult it was to spread it out, it was a pain on my thumbs but since the kids got to enjoy helping out to spread it open, I wouldn’t take that one star off. So it’s a 5 star ⭐️ because of the kids. Hopefully this will last long.

I ordered 36× 72. I didn't realized my table is 36×74. It's was short 2 inches. It's my fault. The product, itself is nice and I like it.

I purchased the 2mm covering for a new pine wood table so my cats would not put divets in the surface with their hind claws. No, they're not allowed on the surfaces where food is prepared or eaten, but does that stop the feral beasts? Anyway-- The covering is crystal clear, and very thick quality, despite my photo, and when the vinyl finally settles down and lies completely flat, it will look just like glass. I was worried about it looking tacky, but this is classy material and well done. Just what I needed. The only issue I have with it is that it is very difficult to cut. It dulled my sharp kitchen scissors. You might want to resort to cutting it with a very sharp exacto blade or some carpet scissors. The roll of vinyl also arrived quickly and was well packaged in a box and wrapped in brown paper and shrink wrapped, as well as tightly taped to keep out dirt and moisture.

I needed something to protect my new, cheap, table set. This was perfect it has a frosted side( which I used) and a clear,shiny side. I set it outside in the sun to flatten it out and it did the job. Was easy to cut to size.
