Absolutely beautiful. Easy to put together and heats very well. Very heavy. Well worth the money.

We love our fireplace! We bought a handteuck the day before it was delivered. And good thing! It was delivered in 2 heavy boxes. Very well packed, and no damage. Was easily put together (wearing protective gloves) in about 90 minutes. Would be nice if the assembly instructions had text as well as images, but it all worked out. The only downside is our fireplace "flames" have no color change as indicated in remote manual. But the look is great and makes our screened in porch feel like a 3 season room! The faux stones and wood mantel is perfect for the mountain lodge look we were going for. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful fireplace--everything about it is quality--from the fire to the heating unit. We purchased two of these after moving to a new home, and leaving the previous one behind. We have one in the bedroom and one in the basement. We keep both running with the artificial fire 24x7, which adds a classy touch even in Spring and Summer, and based on our previous unit, it'll keep running for years. We live in MN and it gets cold here. Very cold. This fireplace and its high-end heating unit works great! It can keep a large room warm and the blower as well as heating unit run silently--something you'll value at night. The thermostat and remote are easy to use, and we are delighted with this product, which despite of its size and weight shipped *free* from Amazon and arrived safely. Highly recommend this excellent fireplace!

I was pleasantly surprised at how sturdy and well crafted this fireplace surround was when it arrived. It was easy to assemble and everything fit exactly as it was supposed to. The reason for the 4 star rating instead of the 5 star rating is because I didn't receive the fireplace insert in the heavy duty packaged box the Mantel came in nor any additional tracking information on when or how the fireplace insert was being shipped. I reached out to Amazon and was told to wait 48 hours for a response that they were contacting the 3rd party seller for me. Within 48 hours I received a message that they were sorry they did not send the fireplace insert but they would ship it out as soon as they could. I didn't like the fact that if I had not questioned when it would be arriving that I may not have gotten it. The insert arrived in perfect condition in about 4 days and I as happy that the seller did ship it out like they said they would with the tracking information they provided. This fireplace is exactly what I had hoped for and we are entitled very much!

Reviewed this fireplace for over 3 years, and kept it in my cart. So glad that I finally ordered it! Easy to assemble and the reviews were very accurate as to the quality, sturdy, and the color it fits in my living room perfectly. My daughter and I put it together, and it makes me happy every morning to just turn it on and enjoy the comfort of having a fireplace again. I purchased the remote for the sound, and so happy to hear the crackling sounds of a real fireplace.

Heater stopped work 3 months later. Unfortunately it was too late to return it.

The fireplace is very substantial, but doesn’t overpower my space. It adds an architectural element and focal point to the room. Also the flame is very realistic and the heating fan is not noisy! If you want to add more ambience and a cosy feel to your room then I highly recommend it!

this fireplace unit is as beautiful as the image indicates. It's heavy but I'm 5'3" and managed to get it in to my living room and carefully unpack it. Packing is superior and everything arrived in perfect shape. Set up was stress free and user friendly. I absolutely LOVE it and highly recommend this. It's not cheap, but once in place, doesn't look cheap!! You won't be disappointed.
