Let me say thank you so much for such a clean high quality product . I have searched and really lucked up and I truly almost don’t want to write a review because I know how this goes you write a review and next thing it’s sold out . But I also don’t want to hold a good thing , I’ve never been that person to do that . So let’s talk about the olive oil Amazing and I mean down right amazing, clean , taste amazing, no pungent smell and it’s not fake olive oil . I use it for everything cooking, skin care, I coat my hair in this olive oil over night and shampoo the next day washing twice , which makes my hair beautiful , healthy, shines I even take a spoonful every day . So if I could I would place a 10 star on this product. Thank you guys or gals for such an amazing product thank you isn’t enough but will have to do ……. Whatever yall do don’t change anything.

I love the taste of this olive oil. I would like to understand from the seller the content of the polyphenols since the oil doesn't have that robust/pungent/bitter taste (the "cough test"). I just bought an olive oil with 940 mg/kg polyphenols and evidently, I had the "cough test" and had to drink water immediately. A strong peppery sensation in the throat (pungency) or bitterness signals high oleocanthal and oleuropein, key polyphenols. Oils with 500+ mg/kg may offer benefits in smaller doses (e.g., 1 tablespoon), while ultra-high phenolic oils (1,000+ mg/kg) can provide benefits with just a teaspoon. Oils from early harvests tend to be richer in polyphenols and this oil has the label for early harvest.

We love this olive oil! Won't buy anything else . For the quality the price is very reasonable, and the taste is so so good. It comes packaged with great care and we now have several family members ordering it for the taste and the glass container it comes in!

It is good quality, and it does have that bite, (peppery) taste. I saw some reviews that said it did not. I also, saw one review that said you had to shake it, because it settles. It definitely needs shaken. That is where the peppery taste is. I will definitely buy this again.

I'm fairly new to buying high quality olive oil but just purchased my second huge sized bottle of this kind! Love it. I use it primarily for vinaigrette dressings and it's truly a game changer. I used to be a ranch/blue cheese dressing person. Not any more. I order the Atlas brand because I think the price is fair and the quality better than anything in my grocery stores. It comes in thick bubble wrap for protection.

This is a great product. Tastes superior, and much better for your health than the plethora of low quality olive out there. A bit pricey, but will buy again for sure.
