I purchased this item but when it arrives some of it had spilled out - I tried to return it but Amazon refunded me and told me to keep the remainder. Figured I might as well use it. I typically put oils in a diffuser/humidifier in my children's room. My little one is extremely prone to respiratory infections and last winter I found that applying topically helped to reduce the length/severity of the illness but I am trying to prevent the illness at all. Initially the smell of oregano was overwhelming - like borderline unusable. I don't know if I needed to shake the bottle but gradually that went away and I continued to use without really thinking about it. When I ran out I ordered a cheaper blend that did not have the additional oils (ginger, oregano etc) figuring it would be just as good. Within two weeks of not using the Rocky Mountain Oils both my children developed fevers, sniffles and colds. We did have a very cold snap of weather however I do think there is a correlation. I will definitely be going back to Rocky Mountain! Great stuff!

Okay. I started getting sick on Thursday. My throat was itchy, head foggy, congestion - just crummy. Friday was worse. Woke up sweaty, but no fever, felt like that thing from the Alien movie was on my face, coughing, sneezy and throat so itchy and it was moving to my upper chest area...great! I had ordered this on Wednesday, got it Friday and set the diffuser up in my bedroom the evening, so after using it then the scent would linger when I went to bed. Watched tv while the scent filled my room and after awhile I felt very slightly clearer. Cool, I thought. I will take whatever relief I can get. Next day...better. Actually, surprised at how much better I felt. I was expecting a weekend of grief. But..no cough, no itchy throat, no sneezing and probably less than half congested, but kinda tired. By the evening, I am not congested...or just barely. Freaky. Could have been a fast moving, but I think this oil helped it move along.

It works as expected.

This product smelled good coming out of my diffusers. I didn’t have to use much. I’m new to oils because of having pets, and I have tried this brand’s “At Peace” and “Purify” with no issues.However, when I ran this one in my open concept living room, my 65lb Weimaraner started repeatedly vomiting. After several hours, we took her to the vet. She stopped vomiting when we left the house and hasn’t vomited since—I am no longer using this scent.I’m not sure which ingredient bothered her… maybe the clove? But if you have pets just be careful. If you don’t, it’s a great oil!

I am very new to essential oils. I choose RMO since it is not a MLM and because it has such good reviews and pricing.My husband and O recently purchased a 10 yr old home and discovered black mold in the shower. After tearing the tile out, my husband developed pneumonia and I got a severe respiratory infection. I also have had a headache for three weeks.After sitting next to the diffuser for a few hours reading, my headache was almost gone. I also used the oil topically on my feet and under my arms before going to sleep. I am going to do this everyday to boost my immune system . I am a nurse practitioner and board certified in family practice and plan to learn as much as I can about essential oils to tell my patients.I would like suggestions on books for a newbie to learn more about oils and their uses.

Been using this for years. I put this on my glands and around my ear canals and deliver it into my lungs using a mask if around someone sick or if I notice early symptoms and I never get more sick, not even on two 40 hour flights across the world.

I really and truly love this oil. I have probably gone through 5-6 bottles of it by now (I’ve been using it religiously for maybe two years now). I diffuse it every single night during cold and flu season-even with my compromised immune system from an autoimmune disease, this stuff keeps me healthy. If my husband or I feel we’re coming down with even the slightest tinge of a cold I apply it behind our ears with lotion or a carrier oil and we feel fine the next day. We use it behind our ears and on our feet when traveling or we know we will be around sick people or any children (sorry guys you have so many school germs). It’s been a life saver and I feel bad for my other oils because this one gets so much attention. It is honestly worth every single penny.

I love this! This is the first time I have purchased an immune strengthening oil from any company. I do not know that this is responsible for my staying well during the month of October, but I seem to get a nasty cold every October and this year I used this oil regularly and did not get sick! Which is particularly good because I had surgery at the end of the month. I used this oil diluted in a roller and put it on my hands when I went out in public, especially when out and did not have access to water for hand washing after touching things such as shopping carts, or shaking hands at church. It smells nice although I did find I had to get used to it. I have also used it in cleaner in my house and really like the smell it leaves now.
