Made decently, reasonably thick metal.

This bracket is sturdy enough for affixing a large filter and wrenching the filter on and off without trouble.

Be careful when buying this bracket since it does not fit all Big Blue housings. There are no size dimensions on Amazon's website to guide you so I had to buy a replacement. Also quality is not great.

This product is exactly as advertised. After comparing price with a local plumbing supply, this was less than half the price. The description is spot on, and the specification picture showing the size and bolt hole spacing was great! Only thing missing was hardware to connect to the filter housing, but a quick trip to the hardware store fixed that. I guess with all the different filter housings, no one hardware set could satisfy them all. People who complain about the sturdiness and poor product description are mistaken.

This is a beefy bracket. Very solid and thick enough to hold any 20" filter full of water. Not sure what brackets some of these people received who say it was too thin?!? My only issue is that I wish the holes would have not been 1/2" diameter as the bolts for the filter are only 5/16". Not a huge issue but not sure what filter would have required 1/2" bolts?!?

Flexes more than I would expect. No bolts included to mount to wall or filter. Would it DESTROY these companies to start shipping fasteners with this stuff for the intended use. Granted the wall fasteners could be various lengths but this is intended to mount to ONE type of filter. Send the bolts.

Works well to hold the filters. There is a little more flex in the brackets than I would like with two large filters full of water. Overall, they are a good value, and I have had no problems wiht them.

This is only a little thicker than sheet metal, nowhere near as strong as the 3/16 thick plate the big blue filter comes with. The actual support only cost eight dollars instead I threw my money away on this garbage. I had to weld little gusset on because when the 20 inch filter housing fills with water, the plate bends.
