Nice Pilates ball, sturdy and a good size!

Purchased for at home Pilates and core work. The color is beautiful, the air retention is great. There are other balls out there for less but the value for money is unmatched by the quality of the material and the overall feel and durability.

Reminder it comes flat, it is very light weight incase you’re thinking its weighted, does not have a weird smell and is great for core workouts. Big plus I loved the color!

I got this ball to add to my at home workout gear. You can use it to make your movements more concise to help focus more on specific muscle groups. What I didn't like about it is they want you to sign up for their service to access their exercises (Pay). I wouldn't do that anyway, but I did find it a bit annoying. It comes with a pump and it was pretty easy to blow up. It looked a little deformed at first but after a few days it lost the kinks in the plastic.

Ball is too smooth that I can’t hold a good grip on the ball. The ball is also indented even when I try to blow it up at full capacity. Bag does have great air retention.

Once inflated, was able to get dents out by using a blow dryer per another review suggestion. Worked like a charm and is gorgeous!

Great addition to my at home mat pilates session. I had cheaper one but it was thin and felt like I would pop it. This one feels high quality like the ones in the studio.

My Bala ball unfortunately came stained. Looks like maybe someone used it and returned it? Once inflated, there is creases all over the ball.
