Neat cover, poor hook.
I love the cover as it is a nice looking piece and doesn't add any bulk. The metal hook on the other hand has two issues. One, it is very bulky and takes up a lot of pocket space. Two, and really, really a problem, is the way the hook works, it eliminates the ability to pull the hard key out of the fob unless you have the tiny screwdriver to get the hook off. Imagine your truck batter dies after coming back from a trip. You can't unlock your truck with the remote and you need a jump. Well get your hard key out.....NOPE! Well you at least have that tiny screwdriver to allow you to get the hook off so you can get to your hard key.....NOPE! Screwed! This is a problem with most of these boots, but it works just fine leaving the hook off.
