Likewise for the multivitamin from this same range, I wanted a plant-based source (this one is derived from lichen). Lots and lots of reasons to make sure your D3 levels are optimal especially currently, I have been very happy with this product. I was going to go to every other day over summer but felt so energised and zingy with sustainable levels of energy that decided to take them all year round. No side effects, only plusses and I’ve recommended to several friends and family members.

This was recommended to me by an older family member because they found it easy to take. Fortunately I agree they are small and not so thick and easier to swallow and seems to absorb well. I'm hoping through time (as I've only recently started takng it) that I will see the benefits.

Had my d3 levels checked at my GPs. These do the trick and I like the lack of ingredients that are obviously not necessary.Why purchase products like these full of all sorts of garbage.Good job Naturelo

Excellent vitamins and excellent customer service with Naturelo! Mine got lost in the post and wouldn' t arrive, I contacted the Seller and their customer service was brilliant, they reimbursed me the postage and I was promptly sent another Naturelo Vitamin D which arrived safely.

It's hard to be objective about the effectiveness of supplements without medical tests, but I haven't had any adverse reactions to them and I appreciate the lack of fillers/flow agents.They are easy to swallow (but I generally don't have a problem with this) and have no discernible taste. I think they are reasonably priced for being relatively high strength, organic and free from lots of the gunk commonly in tablets/capsules.Anyone interested in Vitamin D supplementation probably already knows, but remember to take them with some fat for absorption.

I am disappointed with this product, I can tell the absorption is very poor as the symptoms of low D3 still there which was not happening when I used different supplements. Also it should be taken with fats to improve absorption and this is not stated anywhere, won't buy again

Just what I wanted - a vitamin D3 supplement from plants in a decent daily dose and at a good price. I take one of these every day and feel it is supporting my immune system against infections.

Good, natural product. You get what you pay for.
