Bought this Unbra hook for my laundry room which is also the first room when entering the house from the garage. Serves as a good hook to temporarily hang my purse or other items I’m going to take with me when leaving the home. It’s also great for hanging laundry that’s not quite dry. Love that the hooks are discreet when not in use. Easy to flip up and down. Very attractive/modern/clean looking. Slightly tricky to install. Would purchase again.

This fit beautifully in the space I wanted it for: behind the door in a hall bath. The White with Chrome model matched everything. One thing I loved was that the instructions were incredibly clear and precise -- which made hanging it very easy. When not in use, the hangers flip up and it almost looks like an art piece. The price was right, too, for the look and feel. There was a cheaper model from another brand, but just the precision directions swayed me. Will look at other Umbra products.

I put up two sets next to each other and I'm very satisfied with how they function and look. I plan to use them for regular clothes such as hoodies, shirts, pants, robe, etc. The hooks stay down or up as desired. They don't flip back up when something is removed, which I'm happy about. I think that these will be useful for everyday clothes then put-up and for a less cluttered look when cleaning. The product came packaged and wrapped in tissue paper with hardware, anchors and paper tape measure. Quality packaging. I used my own anchors because the white ones provided where bigger than my largest drill bit. There is not any "play" in the screw position, so measure closely and tape the paper measure onto the wall as a guide before drilling. Each set is slightly different, so I had to measure twice. I used the level since I had two going up and wanted to make sure they aligned straight. Installation is easy when measured. I recommend this product.

If a company is selling this product in the U.S., why not make the hole on the back 16 inches apart to match our building code on studs? They are not, which means one screw goes in a stud, the other requires a molly. Think it through,.you geniuses.

I wanted something to hang towels in my girls bathroom. I had originally gotten some "T" shaped knobs, which looked great, but their towels etc were constantly slipping off, and I got tired of picking them up and telling them to pick them up. Plus they were placing too many items on the knobs. I got the five hook because the eight hook model was too long, although the extra hooks would have been nice, it would have looked silly in a small hallway bathroom.Installation was dead simple. Just make sure that you have measured the space between the mounting holes and that you are level. Check and double check so you don't have to patch the wall because your hole is off. It would have been great if the company had a template you could just temporarily tape to the wall, make sure it's level then drill your holes, but they did provide a useless paper tape measure. Honestly it wasn't that difficult making sure your holes were level, just need to take your time and measure correctly. A template would have just sped things up and made sure you were accurate without hassle.Bottom line, it did the trick. The only time towels are on the floor now are if my kids leave them on the floor.

The media could not be loaded. I was a little spectacle about the reviews in regards to nicks and scratches. Maybe some cracks I purchase three of these some of them have such a minor Nick that if you put it close to the camera, it might look as bad as they stay in the reviews but it’s not the case it’s well-made. I don’t know how long it’s gonna last, but it feels strong. I put it on my door, I did the same for my other two kids. If you need it to put it on something strong busy want to hang heavy heavy things need to drill into the wall into a beam or bigger, anchor brackets. Other than that it’s working fine couple days now.
