Does this work on polyester material?

Here's what the brochure says:- For T-shirt, Jerseys and more. These Textile Markers and pens allow you to create colourful designs on most untreated soft textiles such as cotton, silk and linen etc. After fixing with an iron (no steam), the many available colours will remain wash-resistant up to 60c (on the majority of materials). The water-based ink is quick-drying and stands out thanks to its impressive lightfast properties.

I want to use this to cover some bleech splashes. Does it come of when the item is washed?

Yes it comes off after wash but not completely. The bleach spots will not be very obvious. I reapply after wash. For some reason it does not come off on labels

Do these pens bleed? Would they be suitable for fabric shoes, marking over fine stripes to change the colour?

I used them once, on a t shirt. They did bleed slightly but that might have been due to the type of fabric.
