I have been tapering off clonazepam for more than a year, and these were the first two months I took Lavela. I have to say it really helped me during the dosage reduction. The withdrawal symptoms were still there, but they weren’t as intense. I actually liked the floral burp.

This is extremely effective especially in the evening before bed if you're like me and your brain and body need a little time to wind down and relax in order to fall asleep. I've taken this in the past and remember it helping and decided to try it again. Lastnight I slept better than I have in a long time and on top of that I had been fighting a migraine all day and once this kicked in the migraine was gone. It is totally worth the price, if you can swing it, due to the effectiveness of just one pill and especially due to the fact that peer reviewed studies show it to be as effective is xanax, Valium and prozac for anxiety and without any bad side effects. The only side effect of the lavela is you might burp a lavender taste once or twice soonafter taking it but then it is fine and I'm totally cool with that considering the level of significant negative side effects (including dependency) that can be caused by the prescription options. And I would rather not take sleep medication either. I took this lastnight along with the same company product of "cortisol manager" and I slept through the night without any sleep medication (normally take Ambien but didn't last night).If you are not sure whether or not to get this I strongly encourage you to get it and give it a try. I really have had trouble finding a medicine that truly helps my chronic anxiety and this works wonders in the evening to help wind down and be relaxed before attempting to go to bed. It can be taken in the morning once too and i also have done that without any grogginess. Also if you specifically have insomnia as well from anxiety this combined with Cortisol Manager gave me the best sleep I had in a long time. I don't even remember falling asleep, it was that quick once I got into bed.

I find this product works very well. I've been using it for little over a month and like it very much. It has no side effects other than a little after taste, but very palpable. I find it relieved my stress and found that it only takes one , and it lasted all day.

This product is seriously amazing! My doctor recommended it to me after I told her I would like a more natural alternative to the xanax and Citalopram i was using. The other two helped me physically calm down but my mind would still race. Xanax made me sooo sleepy. I can tell you with absolute certainty that it’s not just mental because sometimes I forget that I took one and have an “oh my anxiety is completely gone” moment later that day. For me they work better than any anxiety medication i have tried and they have never lost effectiveness or made me feel like i needed to take more for them to work.

It relaxes you, just hate the fact that about 30mins later of taking it i burp out the taste of lavender 😭 other than that it does its job
