Really disappointed. Bought these for a fussy 6 year old as desperate to get viral vitamins down her due to be poorly often. She did try them but she didn’t like the texture and they were quite chalky. Wouldn’t even try another one. Luckily my son will have anything so they won’t go to waste but now on the hunt for something I can get down her with a good range like these

My son who is ten has taken a mutivitamin for several years as despite my best intentions getting him to eat a varied diet is practically impossible. The tablets he used to take were baby style gummies and as he was getting older he didn't want to take them anymore. I bought some of these from the supermarket and he liked the taste and they were easy to swollow. However when we needed more they had run out. I ordered from amazon as they were always in stock and got delivered to the house. After several months of taking these I noticed a difference in how quickly his hair and nails were growing and he got moved up three reading levels in school within the space of a few weeks. I'm no doctor but I am convinced this mprovement was all down to the vitamins and minerals he was obviously lacking in his diet.

Use daily for both my kids. They prefer to suck it rather than chew it due to the texture. Really helps the constant bugs that come from school too. Wouldn’t be without it.
