Hi, the size of this cover is 38''W x 31''D x 29''H, it is better to make sure your chair size is a bit smaller than it.

is it made of 600 farbic as described, any one could share?

Yes it is well worth the product we had our first set for over 2 years and we live in Florida and they are out 24/7

Does it crack when you fold it up into the pouch ?

I haven't needed to fold them up but they are really pliable and easily foldable so don't expect them to crack.

Are these fabric or vinyl?

I believe they are a vinyl type fabric.. Completely water proof!!
