DI water most likely would not be conductive enough to get a good foot bath. We had a doctor test the water once after a footbath and the amount of bodily toxins in the water was a little over 20%. What is really happening with the foot bath is that the person is absorbing ions thru their feet which then causes the body to detox but most of the detox happens after the foot bath and for the next 24 hours. Best to drink more water during that time.
