Is this eraser manual or electric?

This eraser is battery powered by a built-in 500mAh lithium-ion battery and operated by a push button on the side.

How do I change the batteries?

The batteries are not removable or replaceable. Insert the USB charging cable included into the eraser and a USB plug (not included). The red light will come on to show the eraser is charging.

Why won't the eraser stay on?

Hold the eraser comfortably and depress the button on the side of the eraser with thumb or finger. Maintain pressure to maintain spin or depress further to engage continuous spinning.

How do I replace the eraser?

Grasp the metal or plastic ferule and slide it out of body of the eraser. Remove the spent eraser and either turn it over for a fresh tip, or replace with a new eraser. Slide the ferule back into the eraser.

Can I buy replacement eraser tips?

Replacement erasers are available in a pack of 30 refills - 15 large erasers (5mm diameter) and 15 extra fine erasers (2.4mm diameter).
