Protein Packed
Well I don't often write reviews but for this I had to. It is absolutely gorgeous. A really cracking punchy nutty protein fuelled up meal. How good you feel when you've eaten this. Not a terrific amount in the pot but the correct dietary amount. Go on give it a go!!!! If you like nuts you'll like this!!!!Tastes delicious. Not overpriced.

this was enjoyable to eat and and i did so by adding milk to the container so no washing up win win situation
