I was thinking about using them to decorate some car cardboard boxes. Would they stick to cardbaord?

I don't think it would stick to cardboard! I put them up on my sons walls but it does stick to a metal cabinet they have in their room!

Will they stick to wallpaper?

If it is vinyl wallpaper yes. If normal paper wallpaper no. The paper wallpaper will absorb the water out of the water based adhesive and the decals will then not adhere.

What is the individual size of the biggest sticker in the pack? I am wanting to use it to decorate a storage cubicle that each cubicle 12"x12"?

Gaging it with my eye/memory, The larger stickers may protrude out, just a smidge.
