One of the advantages I’ve noticed is the energizing effect. Effective but intense
I used this once and tossed the rest because I felt so awful. My heart was pounding all day and I was dizzy. I am used to caffeine but this took me over the edge. I feel like these could be dangerous for certain people with heart or kidney issues too. If you do use them, make sure and hydrate. Stay safe y’all lol

Omg I am peeing so much!
Soo only use 1 pill a day and I've just noticed that I'm taking it wrong lol. I've ordered the other one that is caffeine free I didn't even know That this was the re energizing one. The difference with this one is that I'm peeing Hella more and I can most definitely feel and see the difference. I drink a lot of water to others way to much like a gallon and I just had a baby 6 months ago so I'm still holding water from pregnancy and my huge water intake.The Downfall is I've noticed a bowel change like is a but more loose and I'm cramping it kind of reminds me of the ballerina tea but I haven't drank any in days. So i have to keep an eye on it i mean I'm not tripping because my belly is dropping and mt waistline is getting smaller. I may stop tomorrow but i am not having jitters or caffeine effects like other people that had reviewed.
