Bike was delivered in great condition and earlier than expected delivery date. The quality is very good and I strongly recommend it in this price range. Gears are working smoothly after a little bit of tuning and the overall experience is good

There were a lot of scratches on the bike for which they compensated me with few accessories. The left crank of the bike was faulty...they sent in right in the 3rd time. Also they said they'll pay for the part installation which was hardly 250/- and they did not. The shock adjuster on the left side of the shocked was free when I tried to set it according to my weight. I have complained for this too and have not gotten any update yet. It's about to be 2 months now. Very poor after sales services. Other then that the bike is easy and light to ride.

Delivery was good, package opened and all found intact. Next day my son was returning from his classes at 7pm,chain snapped and front tyre lock opened and end nut flew out. Big ordeal trying to bring back cycle and taking it for repair.Crediac took my complaint and said will revert in 48hrs. Most of the nearby cycle shops refused to repair stating online purchase. Waiting for crediac to call was taking time, got it repaired finally in one of the shops after literally begging. Crediac technician called and explained to him got it repaired and showed bill. Explained the situation that it's hard to find transport around to take cycle for repair,so had to get it done urgently. Cycle is big and doesn't fit in the car,so have to rely on goods auto. Went through a unpleasant experience in unnecessary haggling with auto drivers. Finally the only thing the crediac support team called and said was that cannot reimburse any cost as repairs are unauthorised . Not a pleasant way of handling customer complaint as if we did everything for getting money back from them. Was dumbfounded by this,sounded like it was our mistake that the cycle broke down and we need to wait for them to decide our future. Told them that I will pay them for taking and wasting their valuable time, and don't need their money. It was a very very unpleasant experience with a brand new cycle costing 20K. Am still wondering how can the chain of a brand new cycle snap.....
