I take gummy vitamins everyday and my dr recommended adding selenium due to my autoimmune disease. I figured I would give these a try. I could smell the gummies as soon as I opened them and it was horrid. I figured lets try em and see how it tastes and well it was just as bad. I’ve had gummies that did not taste great but still edible however I couldn’t even get the taste out of my mouth even after taking a drink. Don’t waste your time on these.
