I like how this works as a computer but synced to my phone. This is doing everything I need.

About four weeks ago, I purchased and new Android tablet to replace my old tablet that was old and not working right. I look over many tablets looking for both value and storage. I finally settled on the Android K110 tablet. The tablet came with a wireless keyboard, mouse and 4GB of Ram.I am a gammer who plays online and I also watch videos. And for me a table has to have speed enough to do both. But also I look for value. Well with the new K110, I got more than I expected. After I received the tablet, I was already in the hospital for major surgery and I was board stiff. My family brought my old and new tablet up to me so I can set up the new tablet. I been using the K110 for about 3 weeks when it would not load my game. I contacted the manufacturers customer service depart ment and I got a response from a customer service technician called Nancy. After the first contact she assured me that they will find and fix to problem, and we set out to do just that.cfor 5 days we exchanged emails with detailed instructions for me to try. Unfortunately not corrected the problem. What I did not know was Nancy was working on eliminating a list of things that could correct the problem. Long story short after 5 days of working with Nancy, she found and game me the information I needed to correct the problem.I can not express enough how surprised I was that a service Technician would spend so much time to help him a product as the customer service Department has. This Company has earned my loyalty through Nancy and her determination to help the customer find the problem and correct the issue. She could have just ordered a replacement, but she spent to time to help me fix my tablet since I'm still in the hospital recovering 3 months now.I will continue to purchase their products from now on.Thank you very much Nancy and TootonHarry Long from South Carolina USA

came in last night and is working well, satisfied so far. The keyboard (external) does not have any instructions as to set up or charging. I assume it has a rechargeable battery inside. The wi-fi mouse needs batteries so it not tested yet.On-off button was slow but seems to be better.I'll update this review after a few days of running, but so far so good.Day 2- the mouse went bad as I replaced the batteries and no led. Customer service is sending another mouse tomorrowLarger Internal 128GB Memory】： Android 12 tablet with 8(4+4 Virtual) RAM and 128GB internal 4 or 8 gb of ram?mouse received, seems fine for now.After 5 days I am pleased, however when the tablet is more than 4 feet away from my router, the speed drops from 80mbs to 1 or less than one, thus the use of the internet more than 4 feet from my router.All my other wi-fi devises function in my yard, but is there a setting on the tablet to get better wi-fi reception??DAY 7- set up the wi-fi differently and it's better; keyboard failed so I did a factory restart, and all is well. After a few "glitches", all seems to be better than it was...DAY 10-Seems fine, read about not charging after 2-3 months. I'LL update when necessary.After about3 weeks, seems fine.4 weeks, still fine.

So far I am completely satisfied with this product. It arrived promptly and was well packaged. It was easy to set up and I have used non stop since it arrived? It is a sturdy tablet that is just the right size. The case is very nice along with all the other accessories. I highly recommend this economical tablet.Update August 25th: Though I still really like this tablet the one problem seems to be it doesn't hold a charge well. People have mentioned good battery life but my experience is that it should hold a charge much longer than it is.Update Sept 1, 2023: I have been in contact with the company customer service concerning the faulty battery. They are quick to reply. I have been redirected to their company email address which takes me out of the Amazon loop but I have complied. I am suppose to be getting instructions about a replacement. I will update again as this progresses.Update Sept 13The customer service is amazing. They sent a message a new tablet was being; sent. I received it today. They didn't just send the tablet but an entirely new package with everything. I am very surprised. Though I am not presently home to set it up I am hoping this one works out better. If nothing else I will say the company stands behind their product.Update Sept 27thI still give this a 5 star rating but only because of the company that sells it. It's a great little tablet but even the second tablet doesn't hold a charge long. With all the apps closed and screens cleared it appears to get to the 20% level with very limited use and needs to be charged every couple of days. This is the final update on this product for me. It is worth the price but just keep in mind it has, in my opinion, a short battery life. Everything else is good.....cheers!
