Q: Does this unit lock and unlock the doors when ignition is turned on oroff?

No. It only locks or unlocks doors when the button on the fob is pressed, not when the ignition is cycled.

Q: My car has manual everything, doors and windows are all manual. Will this work?

It will work, but first you need to install door lock actuators. This kit is only meant to control power locks. Since you do not have power locks in your vehicle, this should be the first step.

Q: Will it fit for 2003 jeep Cherokee larado

This is a universal remote kit. If you have a wiring diagram for your vehicle you can find out what wires in your car can be connected to this remote to make it work in your vehicle. I have used this unit in a 1991 mercedes (pneumatic lock actuators) and a 2002 Range Rover (electctric lock actuators). This unit is pretty simple and works well with excellent range compared to my vehicles with factory keyless entry systems.

Q: Can I use this to roll my power windows down?

Haven’t tried that. But you should be able to. It’d be the same thing as lock/unlock
