Best budget 12v I've found
I've had a Kimo and Hypertough, and the DCK is much better than both. Lighter, better balanced, more power, and quieter than the Hypertough brushless (despite advertised specs). Really just want them to offer more 12V Max DCK tools and 4ah batteries.

Good quality
Very surprised! Batteries are good, tools functions very well. Very good keyless chuck. So good, I ordered more batteries. Fits in tight places. Good for electrical work. For the price, I bought two. Using it more than all the name brands I own.

Edited 12/23/23: my drill set was delivered with a defective battery. DCK quickly sent me a replacement. I am thankful for the excellent service.I liked what I read in the reviews and the fact that it uses a brushless motor. I also checked out DCK - unlike most of those selling 12V rechargeable tools, DCK is actually a major manufacturer of professional tools in China.The drill seems very well made.It perfectly fits between my 4V B&D and 20V DeWalt. It feels nice in the hand and the weight is just right for the size. The trigger is sensitive, allowing me to slowly and carefully drive small screws or start drilling holes. As some reviewers noted, the drill emits a relatively high pitch whine and the motor, although labeled 'brushless', is just not as smooth as my Dewalt. None of that bothers me - it a good tool for a fair price. I used it extensively for hours in the last 2 days for a remodeling job. It works very well and the (replacement) battery still shows 1 'bar'! I'm happy with my purchase. The only thing that bothers me is the tiny single, cheap LED light. Because of its location the body of the drill and the chuck block the light from reaching the top half of the area you're working on.The battery is unique for this tool and an extra one is rather expensive at $25. Unlike batteries for the 'big 3' tool makers, I couldn't find any compatible alternatives. I wish DCK offered a set with 2 batteries.ACCESSORIES:1. The carrying case is very good quality.2. The drill bits, screwdriver bits, and claw hammer are good quality. The other accessories not so much.3. The 'What's in the box' bullet-list above lists "10pcs- 7/10-inch Snap-off Knife Blade with Storage Box (SK5 Blade)" but mine came without.4. The charger seems unnecessarily over-sized but it works well.

i bought this to scale down some of my hand power tools .i've gotten a lot of use out of it including the little tool set that comes with it
