Spectrum Writing 3rd Grade Workbooks, Learn to Write a Story, to Inform, an Opinion, Handwriting Practice for Kids 8-10, Classroom or Homeschool Curriculum

This was exactly what we needed. It comes with all of the instruction and 3rd grade lessons. We need a resource to use over the summer before 4th grade to improve our son’s writing. I research many resources and this one was the only one that came with enough instruction that helped me to help him.

We love Spectrum books. Ordered Science, Language arts, Writing, Reading and Math Critical Thinking grades 3 and 4 for homeschooling 9 years old. All of them came fast to Costa Rica. Includes answers keys, all unites are good explained with many exercises after each unit. Writing book is for the advanced writers though. A lot of writing.

After searching and searching, I finally found the perfect curriculum for my kids. I bought almost every subject and will continue to add as we go on in the school year, but I’m so relieved I don’t have to spend hundreds of dollars on curriculum for two kids. My kids don’t need a whole lesson on most things, and where they do, we use Time4learning, so spectrum books, they give enough directions and examples to be efficient but not overwhelming. Some other workbooks and curriculums we tried weren’t challenging enough or were mostly practice work and not too much introduction to new stuff. So far, everything we’ve gotten from this company has been perfect for where my kids are at.

Homeschooling, so this was one book that was perfect for my kids!

Great book. Easy to decipher the logistics of writing for my 8 year old. He’s falling behind at school and this was recommended by his teacher as after-school practice. We do one page per evening and he’s gaining confidence already!
