Great item, excellent condition
The laptop came extremely well packaged and as promised, is in excellent condition. I'm quite pleased with this item except for one minor thing. It was supposed to come with Windows 10, but I'm arrived with Windows 11. Not a deal breaker, but I'm not a fan of 11.

Help laptop crashed
Laptop only last 6 months and crashed..was over 90 day warranty so seller would for nothing..boohoo to me..they didn't even offer $10 refund!I have no problem with refurbishment..I've never had an issue

Worked perfect
I had to do a clean install of windows 10 pro just get the preinstalled software and bloatware off it that was taking up a lot of space on the hard drive. One reviewer stated what she like is that it came with 1 year dell factory warranty but mine did not. Right now it is running great.

Mint condition. Great service from seller.
Arrived a couple of days early. Indistinguishable from brand new. The Dell support website indicated the warranty had been expired for only 8 months. It has Windows 11 Pro rather than the Windows 10 Pro specified in the listing. I contacted the vendor, TekRefurbs and received a reply in just a couple of hours. Microsoft had changed their policy - all "Authorized Refurbishers" are now *required* to ship Windows 11 if the hardware is capable of supporting it. I was able to download Win 10 from Dell, and it installed with no problems. This is my second PC from TekRefurbs, and I will be back!

Great Laptop so far
Still love Windows 10 Pro, so renewed is the way to go. This one is in excellent condition (look like new) and battery life is excellent. Left it on for 8 hours the other night and it was still at 50% on batteries, and my computer are set to never sleep or have the screens turn off.

Be factual
The laptop is not a screen touch and have lots of scraches. Ordinary I would have returned need it was an emergency situation as I need to meet a dealine submission.
