How much milk would you use compared to the 30g of powder

How strong are the flavours? Can you taste them a lot or only barley?

Yes the sated caramel had a good flavour it's not bland at all

What taste is the best one?

I personally don't buy this anymore for personal reasons but I've tried chocolate and vanilla flavours, both of them really good.The chocolate one is great on its own and you don't really need to add anything to it although I found that it tastes better with almond milk.The vanilla one is also nice and I used it whenever I wanted to add some protein to a shake that wasn't chocolate, a strawberry smoothie for example.

Do I get free shipping if I am Amazon prime member?
