I tried this candida cleanse hoping to support gut health, but after just 7 days of use, I experienced a significant disruption in my menstrual cycle. I have had very regular cycles throughout my entire life, and shortly after starting the cleanse—without any changes to my diet or lifestyle—my period was delayed by almost 2 weeks!! which has never happened to me before.While the product may work well for some, I personally wouldn’t recommend it to anyone with a regular menstrual cycle or those sensitive to hormonal shifts. Many candida cleanses contain strong herbal ingredients (like oregano oil, caprylic acid, or black walnut), which can impact the body’s natural hormone balance, even in a short amount of time. That seems to be what happened in my case.If you’re considering this product, especially as someone who values cycle regularity, I’d suggest speaking to a healthcare provider first.
