I would not purchase this again. It works fine, but it is more of a space occupier than a time saver. I can do everything with a knife. I have this in a junk box in the kitchen pantry along with other kitchen crap I purchased that will go to donation, garage sale, or trash. I did use it twice and it worked well, but not really a time saver.

This product I especially like only because I no longer have to use my hand blender. It does work very well, but becomes extremely slippery when trying to turn. And inconvenient to wash unless you have a dish washer. The grab handles have now fallen off of mine but still works. Maybe they could put on handle grips so your hands don’t slip and be a bit more sturdy. But has paid itself off so far otherwise for the price.

I make Buffalo chicken dip a lot and hate shredding chicken so I bought this to try out. It definitely works but it’s a pain to clean. Overall it’s worth it!

I meal prep for the week and have a lot of chicken I need to shred. You can only put in a little bit of chicken at a time - Think maybe 1/4 of a full size chicken breast - for it to actually work well. It comes with a pad to place on the counter to keep it from slipping. I just held it down while I twisted so it stayed in place.

I tried it with leftover chicken and with leftover pork and It didn't really shred. It did kinda chunk both, I will give it that. it is extremely difficult to wash, can't really get anything except a long bristle brush between the spikes. All in all it was a fun gadget to try.

We cook chicken breasts for our doggies. This is the best time saving tool ever invented to shred chicken.

Only giving it four stars because the rubber feet came off almost immediately. Other than that, it’s great!

I use this all the time. Works wonderfully and has cut down the time I use to spend shredding chicken.
