It’s easy to swallow and don’t feel bad after having it.

I disliked the strong smell of vinegar, these stink. I felt no increase in my energy levels and the iron wasn’t pleasant on my stomach. It’s a whey protein powered capsule with some decent dietary ingredients in it, but I’m not feeling the absorption. It has been one full weekI will update in a few weeks. Honest reviewer
