The best phone I have had in years
The best phone I have had in years. My kids asked to see it one time and when they saw it was boring, they don't mess with it anymore. You simply cannot type as fast with the touch screen. This phone is the best they made for what it does. I am anxious to see the Mercury. It will have the android platform and with that comes the garbage that they load the phone up with.I love this phone. So much better than the fancy HTC, IPhone, Samsung. Rock on Blackberry. I think I am going to stock up on them!

This device is NOT compatible with Verizon Network
IMEI number is not part of the sale so customer doesn't know if it is compatible with their network or if the device can work on any carrier network until receipt. Just going by retailer word it works on certain network is not truthful, we've purchased a few phones lately and none of them can be brought in. When they cite "1 left" it could mean that one is on it's way to being returned when customer like me discovers this misleading sales tactic. Verizon refuses to contact Amazon to make them stop disclosing this false advertising. This makes Amazon appear very sketchy, most likely I won't buy from them anymore as TRUST is very key to my world and I expected better from retailers.

Almost perfect for those that like physical keyboards.
Switched from an iPhone 7 to this Blackberry and couldn’t be happier. If you use a lot of apps, then this isn’t the phone for you. The camera is also a big step down from what’s available currently. For how I use my devices, this is a fantastic fit.

2 months and already broken!
I bought this phone because my old Blackberry Classic died on me. I should've known it wasn't as it seemed because the price was too good to be true. I got the phone in March 2019 and it is May (2 months later) and now the phone already needs to be replaced! The phone is not detecting my sim card and there are no places here in Hawaii that specializes in BlackBerry repairs. To make matters worse, i can't find this phone on the market anymore. This purchase from this vendor waa a waste of money and time. I would not recommend.

awesome
IT DOES NOT HAVE A CAMERA. It does not have a camera. It came without a camera. There, was that enough? Now, the review: I love it. It's the best phone I've ever had. It's so versatile and has so many functions. Best phone for a business or industrial setting. Probably gonna have it for a while.

Buyer beware--sold as "new" but it was used.
The seller sold this as a new Blackberry Classic but I found photos on it and at least one text before I even hooked it up. So it should be sold for half the price it was as it was used. The battery life is supposed to be great for the Classic but I think think this one was used so the battery is compromised.--another reason it should be much cheaper since the batter cannot be replaced. It takes a long time to charge and it loses most battery life before 8 hours. The cord that came with it is not recognized by my computer so it is hard to charge or sync my device with my computer. It also is very slow to start up when turned on. I still love the Hub for all my messages as well as the keyboard. It did not come with a SIM card but needs one to work with a provider. It was also very hard to get this accepted by Verizon but I finally go them to give me a SIM card and put this on my account. I had to download a user manual but there are still some features I cannot figure out--I had a Blackberry Bold and that was easier to use than the classic. It is 4G.

Old Friend With Improvments
Whats not to like. A real keyboard, touchscreen, lots of notifications, wireless charging, SD card slot all that without without being monster sized. The only thing I would like if it had the google play store, also there is some kind of bug in the software that prevents the phone from displaying the charging LED.Mine came in a generic box with and a BB usb cable with a BB charging adapter.Verizon seems to be still supporting this phone I'm running 4G LTE on it.

awesome battery life
Functions perfectly, awesome battery life, easy use. If you're looking for a "no frills" phone that is reliable and easy to use, this is it. There isn't much in the way of apps and tech support available for these phones nowadays so if you're looking for entertainment, look elsewhere.
