Great product. Easy to setup and add to my network. Works as advertised and uses very little battery power. Easy to install. Overall a great value for the price. Would recommend and buy again.

As advertised. Sensed and alerted when water contacted probe. Options for both audible alarm and notification on iPhone via SwitchBot app; both of which worked as expected.

Pretty much just worked. No drama connecting to my wifi. Notifications were pushed with very little delay. I didn't try anything fancy like like IFTTT/siri/google interfacing so can't speak to that.I especially like having four sets of sensing pins (drip/puddle on the main unit, drip/puddle on the remote cable). It would have been nice if the remote cable was a tad longer but other than that I've very happy and plan to purchase additional units for other areas.

I bought this because it supports Bluetooth. I would use wi-fi, but they will not let me keep my phone on 5G with my wi-fi. I tried to connect the Bluetooth multiple times but their app will not scan their barcode on the device. I have a new Pixel with the latest software version, and I scan QR codes quite often. The problem is with their app. So their app gave me the option to enter a pairing number, but does not tell you where to find it. I could not see it listed in their user guide. I looked over the outside and inside of the device, but there is no pairing number. My thought is it should be as easy to pair to my phone as my cars, ear buds, etc. This is a poorly designed product with little thought given to the user experience.

The sensor works perfectly and is very sensitive. I have a water heater in my attic that's sitting on an overflow pan. For some reason, it started leaking randomly and overflowed the pan, causing water to leak through the ceiling. What a nightmare. I got this sensor and it alerted me after another leak. It allowed me to immediately go up and check it out. I located the issue, fixed it and the pan didn't overflow this time. It went off one more time after a small droplet tripped the sensor, so it's very sensitive, which is good. Overall, I'm extremely happy with it and it's way better than anything else on the market.

So far it works well. When I tested it the alarm sound was moderate, but the notifications were in real time. I didn't give it 5 stars because mine came without a user manual and the already installed batteries were low. The website does not offer a manual that I could print off or instructions. The app was slow and tedious when trying to add the device. I had a power outage a couple of weeks ago and my base flooded twice. Once after my secondary sump pump battery ran out then after my generator died. A leak detector that doesn't need AC power is critical for me.
