Does carly the crane come off as a separate piece? a piece like thomas?

The whole station with the crane on top comes off of the tracks but the crane itself is not a separate piece that comes off and on. You put it on at first but it stays on. The crane tips back & forth and rotates part way

Doei this rin on the floor without the track
