Q: Where exactly is the 21" separation between the handles as described in the paragraph of features?. Not shown in the pictures even close?.

Honestly there is not 21”, I measured it at 13” even, between the inner handles, it still works well, I’m happy with this piece of equipment it really does the job for me

Yes but it will be very sloppy. I would get a 2 inch sleeve for the bar and then slide this on

First decide if you want a traditional Landmine or a Landmine hinge attachment for your power rack. If you opt for the power rack hinge, you will need to know the rack posts dimensions and the hole size. A regular Landmine that fits Olympic bar can be used otherwise
