easy to program, works well except with Zee Dish setup box wherein has issue changing the channels. not sure whether this is issue with the setup box or the remote. However, the best universal remote that I have ever seen.

Excellent product and features.
An excellent product, worth the price. Found much better than Logitech Harmony 300, which is similarly priced. Strongly recommend for those who can understand the item, its features and apply them as per the user manual.

Using the remote for the many devices at home was never easy. This product can be configured so easily, only catch, this is for IR remotes only. So if you have a RF based remote ( like the ones Videocon DTH gives) you won't be able to use it.

Does what it claims
It is an ok kind of product. I was looking to replace my old one that went bad after almost 5 years, that which could control 6 devices, but I don't even see the model available anywhere. So I am benchmarking this one based on that. Otherwise, it does what it claims. One of the things it does is control my HK Amp. That remote went bad and that is when I went for my previous one for all. It is much much cheaper than buying another HK remote. So I am happy with the choice.
