Amazing product, easy to apply and almost all Black Spots gone
Amazing product - removed most of the black spot with minimal effort. Left a few stubborn ones behind, reduced after another application and jetwash. Best patio cleaner I've used but I'll also try to clean more regularly to keep ontop of the black spots.

Amazing product!
First time reviewer for anything here in damp N Yorkshire. Moved in 7 years ago and found a neglected patio. Cleaned this and paved paths x 2 per year with my trusty (old) Karcher. Gradually the black and white spots have taken over. Researched it to death looking for something that doesn’t kill the vegetation but will get rid of the spots. Purchased 1 x 4 litre to test it out. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING result. The area done has new paving slabs and a few black spots remain which I will return to as I ran out of the stuff. The next test will be the very old paving slabs when my next order arrives. I will return to this review and report on the vegetation and old slabs. It is relatively expensive but well worth it I think. By the way…. WEAR OLD CLOTHES! Hope this is useful to someone!

Very effective black spot remover.
This is a great product, and it does what it says, in the removal of black spot, and does it very effectively. The reason I give it 4 stars is down to the price and quantity. £62:64 which is what I paid for 4 litres, seems quite expensive, maybe make it 5 litres for that price.

Amazing product
This product does exactly what it promises. Every year it has been so difficult to remove the the black ingrained marks on my patios but all were all removed with this amazing liquid and the natural stone colour was also restored. It is expensive but worth every penny.

Is it worth the money? Yes.
After several years the beautiful Indian sandstone in my garden has been getting harder and harder to clean. I have to put the pressure washer on full blast and go over the flagstones bit by bit. It's a grueling process and even then, the results still weren't great, especially the areas of black spots and marks left by pots. The lichen and green algae seems to come back quicker and quicker the older the flagstones get.But was it really going to be worth spending all that money on this black spot remover, plus a sprayer? In desperation I tried it on the paved area nearest the house. It comes neat so it's very easy to use — just tip into the sprayer, pump and spray. I did the trial they recommend, which is to really saturate one flagstone and spray the one next to it more lightly to see how much you need to use. The answer was, saturation, so I'm in for quite a few bottles but I no longer care.As soon as I sprayed it on, the green disappeared. The lichen turned red, then pale yellow. After two hours, which is how long you're supposed to leave it on, there were no black spots, a stain (red wine?) had disappeared, and there were zero plant pot marks. I washed it off with the medium setting on the pressure washer, which took hardly any time at all. No painstaking blasting, in fact barely any effort. My flagstones look like new. Best of all, I can tackle a small area at a time (they say it's best to do this anyway) and tidy up/rearrange my pots as I go. Yes, it's worth the money, and I already plan to use that sprayer for some other tasks.
