adidas Men's Superstar 2G Ultra Basketball Shoe

I had actually came across these shoes a couple of years ago when they were on clearance somewhere and bought them. I have sensitive feet and these shoes provided ample cushion, support, and traction. I have used them for indoor basketball, soccer, and volleyball and absolutely love these shoes. They are angled slightly inward so when you land a jump you are less prone to roll your ankle, which is one of my major problems. They have lasted a long time and served me well, so last month I bought another pair. I am still very satisfied.These shoes are great for those, like me, that need a shoe low-cut for sports. High or Mid cut shoes cut into my ankles when I make quick cuts or moves on the court. These shoes do not do that. I recommend them.

I had the original superstars and absolutely loved them. They lasted me quite a while and I reluctantly replaced them an inferior shoe and regretted it from the moment I did. This is a quality shoe. I am a big fan of the turtle shell design and Adidas does a nice job of brining that to a basketball shoe. This shoe is light, breathes well and provides the comfort that I am accustomed to from Adidas. The color I got was called Indigo and I was a bit worried that it was going to be purple but it really is a very dark navy and almost looks black. Very happy with this purchase.

I'VE BEEN BUYING THESE SHOES FOR MY SON AND DAUGHTER FROM CHILDREN SIZES TO MEN SIZES. I BOUGHT A PAIR FOR MYSELF AND LOVE THEM. THEY ARE VERY HARD TO FIND IN WHITE SHOE WITH WHITE STRIPE OR BLACK STRIPE. THEY ARE A HUGE SELLER, AND I AM NOT SURE WHY ADIDAS IS NOT MAKING MORE OF THEM AND I HOPE THEY CONTINUE THE MODEL. THE PRO MODEL HIGH TOP IS EXCELLENT ALSO. BUYERS WILL FIND SUPERSTAR ULTRA 2G IN AN INDIGO STRIPE, BUT THE COLOR DOES NOT WORK WITH OUR SCHOOL COLORS. I LOVE THESE SHOES AND SO DO MY CHILDREN. ADIDAS, PLEASE CONTINUE MAKING THE SUPERSTAR 2G ULTRA AND PRO MODEL. THEY SHOULD CONSIDER MAKING THEM IN THE WHITE AND BLACK METALLIC MATERIAL. READERS, IF YOU ARE UNFAMILIAR WITH THE METALLIC MATERIAL, THE MATERIAL IS A SHINY GLOSS OVER THE LEATHER SHOE. VERY ATTRACTIVE LOOK AND EASY TO CLEAN. THEY LOOK VERY NEW FOR A LONG TIME.

At first I have a problem buying clothes online, worrying that it may not fit. But this shoe fit me like a glove. It is nice and comfortable as well. So whether you wear it everyday or just for basketball you will have not problems with it. It is just what I was looking for.

I owned a pair of these shoes that my wife threw away a few months ago due to a "funky smell". I wasn't happy. I ordered another pair last month. These are my favorite shoes. They are comfortable and have good arch support. I work in a 300,000 square foot warehouse. I walk for about 8 to 10 hours per day. These shoes are the only ones that keep my feet in good shape. Buy a pair now.

BRING IT BACK! Never have I liked another pair of shoes for playing basketball. I have never had any issues having the rubber separate from the sole and the toes with this shoe. Wore it until it started to smell bad and look terrible from a years of use. I am super upset they stopped making this shoe! I can't find anything that I like anymore. Too goofy looking/feeling to take seriously. Adidas you let me down.
