Overall, it’s decent for back support so far. I think it’s slightly firm/slightly soft which is great for my lower back. It’s also slightly smaller than I expected. In general, I think it works best for lower back support and stability, but I personally won’t be using this every night just based off size alone for my height 5’9.

This pillow has really helped my back while sleeping. I have recently lost weight and started to noticed lower back pain in the middle of the night and when I woke up. I’m a side and tummy sleeper. This is my third try with a back pillow. This one was a keeper. I’m able to place it under my mid back, lower back, and lower to lift my hips. It does move a little while sleeping but it’s a pillow on sheets, not like it has rubber grips or sticky’s to stay in place. I would recommend trying this if you have any back pain. My next try is using it while laying on the couch being lazy watching tv.

The pillow is cooling to the touch and is very easy to travel with. I went on a trip the day after I received my order and simply rolled it up and put it back in the bag it was shipped in. The bag is extra durable and the pillow slips in and out of the bag reasonably easy. The memory foam construction is VERY comfortable and provides just enough elevation to support my back without being too obtrusive.

Looks nothing like the photo in the listing. Much thinner and certainly not as wide. Does little to help with my wife's back when she is sitting. Probably would look else ware next time.

I have a lot of back pain. This has been a life saver for pain relief. Easy to set up. Easy to use and it seems to be very sturdy. A very good product for others struggling with aches and pains.
