I appreciate them being kind and listening to my feedback and they have resolved my issues so I change my review to 4 stars.The steam is hard to see, it’s hard to put back on the tracks correctly, and the latches for the trains to connect together broke very easily. Nevertheless my kids enjoyed it until it broke and they couldn’t enjoy it anymore

I used this train around my Christmas Tree. It's smaller than I expected but my grandchildren love it. It works just as described on Amazon. I think that next year I'll just put it on a table so that it will be safer!

Don’t buy it! I was unable to get the screws out to insert batteries… we all tried! No battery no train under the Xmas tree. Grandson disappointed as was i.

The train it'self is pretty solid but the track needs to be pretty flat and doesn't stay together really well and the paper figures are garbage

My 2 1/2 year old loves this train! The smoke, sound, and lights are incredible! For the price I was a little nervous but it is so cute!

I was looking for a train that could go under our Christmas tree that our 3 yr old could turn on and off and play with but still looked real. This train is NOT it. The tracks are flimsy and the train is smaller than expected. One little nudge and the train falls off the track. Even turning it on and off knocks it off the track. We will be looking for a different train bc this is not it!
