Lightweight and comfortable to keep in mouth for extended periods as you work up.For a three pack (bought for my family!) The price and quality is really good! Easy to clean and put back together and works great for my intended beginners purposes. I am sure I would still use this same style/brand going forward as well.Recommend!

Definitely restricts the amount of air one can intake. The thing i felt surprised about is how quickly saliva pools up in the device.
