I have had these boots for just over a year and have walked around 100-150 miles in them on scree/rocks/paths, typically in Snowdonia and Scotland. Unfortunately despite them being comfortable and well fitting the rubber vibram sole has been worn down at an unexpected rate, to the extent that they need replacing. I am disappointed as the boots cost me around £350 (not from amazon) and Salewa's customer service team have been very unhelpful accusing me of lying and refusing to issue any replacement boots.
